Our Story
Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief: the best food comes from the best ingredients. Our kitchen works directly with twelve local farms within a 50-mile radius, ensuring every ingredient arrives at peak freshness.
Chef Isabella Moreno brings fifteen years of culinary experience from kitchens in Barcelona, Copenhagen, and New York. Her approach blends Mediterranean warmth with Nordic precision, creating dishes that surprise and comfort in equal measure.
Our wood-fired oven, built with handmade clay bricks, reaches temperatures that transform simple ingredients into extraordinary meals. Every char, every crust, every smoky whisper is intentional.
